Eli is crawling:) WOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO The fun begins!!!

Well, I really thought I would be writing that Eli is crawling when I wrote the 6 month post. Titus took his first "crawls" on his 6 month "bday," and Eli is just so close. Oh well, that's one less toddler to worry about! haha Eli is the most smiley baby, still loves to be held all the time, and is SLEEPING THROUGH THE NIGHT!! He's still in our room, so we can definitely hear him stirring and fussing a little bit during the night. I just kind of ignore it though, and he goes right back to sleep! Piece of cake! I never thought he'd be the easiest to night-wean, but that truly has been the case! Praise the Lord!!! Like I said, he's not crawling, but he certainly gets himself around. He kind of crawls backwards, I guess you could say. He gets up on all fours, rocks and rocks, and then either throws himself forward or pushes himself backwards with his hands. It's pretty funny to watch. Eli weighs about 17/18 pounds (almost caught up to Titus now!!:))

I hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day! We had a classic cookout, complete with burgers, chicken wings, corn on the cob, and deviled eggs. The boys even went swimming with our neighbor before we ate...well, they slid into their kiddie pool about a thousand times anyway:) I didn't get pictures of the swimming fun, but here's a recap of our evening... Yummy!!!!!!!!!!! I promise Eli was there the whole time. He was napping for the first half of the night, a crank during dinner, and in bed by dessert. I'm pretty sure he's teething, because he is BURNING up today and is just not his little happy self. Anyway, that's why he's not in any of the pictures! Our friend, Samantha, gave us a McDonald's Happy Meal cd tonight. Justus and Titus had a lot of fun dancing, playing their guitar, and singing along:) I wish I could post the video I took, but I'd have to leave our slow-as-molasses computer on all night long waiting for it to upload! These pictures will have to suffice for now! Oh, and I have a signature now!!!

Eli wakes up and plays by himself in his bed for awhile in the morning, but when Justus and Titus hear him talking or making his little squeaking noises, you'd better watch out! They both run in there so fast yelling, "Eli!!! Eli!!! Eli!!!" (Poor kid, haha) Here's a pic of the 3 of them in Eli's bed this morning. (Notice the mis-matched snaps on Eli's onesie...a result of a middle of the night, eyes closed (mine) diaper change:)) I love these boys so much and cannot believe how big they are all getting! Titus is actually starting to eat more. I can't believe it. He is by no means a big eater or anything like that, but he is trying things I never would have imagined him putting in his mouth. (He ate a couple bites of my egg this morning, scrambled with cheese and turkey!!!) If you know Titus at all, you know how big of a deal that is. If Titus eats anything new, it is cause for a celebration! Even Justus said yesterday, "Titus doesn't like meatloaf

We made it back from Memphis last night. It took us 9 hours to get there and 9.5 back...not bad for traveling with 3 little guys if you ask me! They were troopers on the road and had a blast seeing the fam. Here are pics from our adventures... More to come later...when time permits:)!!
